Stage 1
The process begins when I receive a message from you, giving a brief outline of the history of your case. This is followed up with a phone call where we can clarify the main points of your case and ultimately reach a decision as to whether you have a reasonable chance of a successful appeal. I believe in providing an affordable service to people who have a realistic chance of success. I never take on cases where there is significant doubt about the possibility of success.

Stage 2
I've agreed to take on your case on the basis that you have a reasonable chance of success. I usually conduct one or two consultations of about one hour each (this can be more or less depending on the circumstances or complexity of your case). I will begin to gather evidence and, if necessary, recommend liaising with external professionals, such as psychologists, psychiatrists, medical doctors, physiotherapists, etc. I do all of the work at this stage, taking on complete management while keeping you in the loop. I liaise with professionals and only organise the best deals that match your specific case requirements, such as expert witnesses to support your case. I will always create a full detailed report for external experts so they know exactly what they are dealing with from our previous consultations and to make sure they are fully informed with what you are trying to achieve as an end result.
After evidence gathering and liaising with experts, I will then draw up a full bundle for submission to the registrar at the General Pharmaceutical Council, who will then consider the appeal and make the decision to allow or refuse it.

Stage 3
The final stage is hopefully where you will have won your appeal. It is only at this stage that the full sum is payable. If your appeal is unsuccessful, there is no further charge on top of the stage two.

My Service Agreements are legally binding (including incidentals), and if you wish not to proceed, there is an early break fee. The fee for early exit from the contract has two levels: 1. If you have had your first consultation for case mapping and further sessions with the consultant, the fee will be £250 plus £100 for each additional hour where advice by the lead consultant has not yet been integrated into arguments along with other forms into the appeal document. The early severe exit fee is £500. If the lead Consultant has completed the bundle or at least 25% of it, for use in your appeal, the penalty is £780.
