Experience
Although I offer vast experience within compliance in highly regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, construction, charitable, insurance, and healthcare, this website is intended to provide an insight into the work I do, specifically in relation to GPhC appeals cases. I advocate, represent, and oversee a large number of GPhC and other regulatory appeals.
I am a firm believer in lifelong learning and continuing professional development to keep my analytical skills and the consulting advice I provide up-to-date and relevant. I hold numerous professional qualifications and certifications in advanced regulatory fields and have worked in regulatory consulting and auditing. In respect of my current professional development, I am currently completing an MSc in Big Data and an MBA. For my personal enjoyment, I am in the process of becoming a Licentiate of the London College of Music by Thesis (in the field of contemporary opera). I aim to begin my doctoral studies in late 2024, where I will work on a freelance basis with my private clients.

GPhC Appeals
It is important when the details matter to find somebody that is going to get the job done. Jak has a 100% success rate in all first-time appeals that he recommends go to forward.
